This appointment type is for if you're an ICBC patient of mine, and we've discussed adding 15 minutes on to a regular subsequent session. Price is the cost of the extra 15 minutes, at the rate of $2.05 per minute (my standard rate).

This is the appointment type for you if you're an ongoing ICBC patient of mine and we've established provable benefit (large areas of the body benefitting from a single treatment, a condition that takes a long time to address appropriately, etc.,) to adding an extra 30 minutes onto an appointment, despite it coming at your own expense (though the portion of this session not covered by ICBC is insurance-billable). Price is for 30 minutes at $2.05 per minute (my standard rate).

This is your first visit after a motor vehicle accident/MVA. This includes assessment and discussion of your case, hands-on treatment, then a discussion on homecare and treatment planning. If it has been more than three months since your MVA, please contact your adjuster before you arrive to ensure you're eligible for coverage.

Your first appointment. This includes a 5-10 minute assessment including a discussion regarding the goals and focus of the treatment plan. Treatment duration is approximately 50 minutes, and include a 5 minute section to demonstrate/recommend any exercises, stretches, habit changes, or after-massage care you may need.

A short-and-snappy massage session. It's highly recommended that you attend a 1-hour initial assessment first, if possible. These sessions allow for the treatment of 1 simple issue in some depth, or 2 issues of moderate complexity to be treated in a surface-level-only way. Very useful for patients with challenging schedules!

A 45-minute treatment. This is enough to address 1-2 moderately time-taking issues. Great option if you tend to find hour-long massages draining, or have a single more dedicated concern.

An hour-long follow-up. Best for targeting one persistent issue in detail, or 2-3 regular minor complaints. Still begins with a short verbal interview and assessment if required, and ends with confirming next steps.

For those who need a little longer. This appointment type is most effective if you have conditions that require a little more time to treat effectively, or if you're interested in more of a full-body experience.

This is a much longer massage than I would typically book - this is dedicated for patients I have already spoken to and we've both agreed that the longer session time is most appropriate for the patient's needs.
