Eva is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Langara RMT Program with a deep commitment to holistic healing. She believes that effective treatment goes beyond addressing symptoms, it's about understanding each patient as a whole person and supporting their long-term well-being.
Her approach is personalized and patient-centered, with every session tailored to the individual's goals, history, and body. Eva draws from a wide range of techniques, including myofascial release, active release therapy, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue therapy, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, manual lymphatic drainage for the neck and face, and hydrotherapy. A typical visit may include a health history review, physical assessment, hands-on treatment, and home-care recommendations to help patients continue progressing between sessions.
Eva has a particular interest in TMJ treatment, intraoral (buccal) massage, and manual lymphatic drainage of the neck and face, areas where careful, skilled work can make a meaningful difference in comfort, function, and appearance.
Before becoming an RMT, Eva built a career in design and project management. She brings that same attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to her treatment planning, helping patients move toward better function, recovery, and overall wellness.
Eva is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and welcomes patients in all three languages.
