Through my 13 years in fitness equipment sales, I had the opportunity to see people at all points along their journey to health and wellness. I saw how critical movement and mobility are in maintaining a high quality of life. This drove me to want to share my growing knowledge in movement and wellness with you on your own journey in your body and lived experience.

Available to students and alumni of Massage therapy programs to practice for their final exams. Room includes full electric table, linens. Also available are a full skeleton (1/4 size) a hip and spine model and a foot skeleton model. Also all recommended textbooks will be onsite for reference.
