Aromatherapy massage always begins with a conversation. During your visit, the therapist will ask about your health, mood, skin sensitivities, and goals so together you can choose the most suitable essential oil blend for your needs. Different essential oils offer different types of support: for example, some are more calming and grounding, while others feel uplifting, clearing, or muscle-soothing. By tailoring the oil to your desired outcome—such as relaxation, energy, or tension relief—each treatment becomes a personalized experience designed to gently support both body and mind.
