**Treatment Techniques:** My treatment style can best be described as active and multifactorial, as I utilize a combination of appropriately-dosed exercise, patient education, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities such as Radial Shockwave Therapy.
**Special Interest:** I enjoy treating patients of many different backgrounds and clinical presentations.
**About me:** I played NCAA Division 1 lacrosse in New York prior to earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going to the gym, cheering on the Oilers, and spending time with family.

Clinical pilates is a specialized form of pilates that has been adapted from the traditional method. It is taught one-on-one with a physiotherapist using a therapeutic approach, to target and improve specific movement dysfunctions, injury rehabilitation, and manage painful conditions. All clinical pilates clients require a one hour clinical pilates physiotherapy assessment to discuss their medical history, review any concerns and goals, and perform a physical assessment on the pilates equipment.
