I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a current Registered Certified Canadian Counsellor and with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, post-secondary students, and families with a wide range of mental health and relational needs. My areas of focus include trauma therapy, child and youth counselling, parenting support, family counselling, couples and relationship counselling, and individual adult therapy.
My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel safe, personalized, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practice, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches to match each client’s needs. My goal is to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
With a rural and agricultural background, I bring a grounded, practical perspective to my work. Having recently moved to the Peace River area, I am excited to put down roots in this community and support the wellbeing of individuals and families in the region.
