She has an extensive background working with & supporting children, youth and families through individual sessions & group programs. Falon thoroughly enjoys working as a counselor as well as a mental health educator. She is passionate about empowering youth to realize their potential to create meaningful change in their own lives and connections in their homes, schools and communities.
