Kate has been actively helping people achieve better health through the integration of Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies since 2022. She prefers a holistic approach and understands that the emotional/mind/body connection needs to be seen and validated in all client-focused care.
Kate offers a range of treatments, including traditional acupuncture, FSN (Fu's Subcutaneous Needling, aka floating needle therapy, a modern acupuncture), and cosmetic skin rejuvenation. She has special interest in Women's non-cancerous breast health related conditions such as mastitis, mammary gland enlargement and fibrocystic changes etc. She focuses on prevention rather than treating the diseases. Kate has helped clients with sports injuries, pain management, post-cancer recovery, gynecologic health issues, menopause symptoms, fibromyalgia, prostate gland enlargement, chronic bronchitis, knee/sciatica pain and various other health conditions.
Along side her clinical work, Kate continues to work in a hospital environment as a Program Coordinator, where she contributes to the development of patient-centric initiatives.

Community Care Acupuncture is an affordable and acupuncture-focused shared treatment service. This is a shared-space service and differs from a regular one-on-one appointment. For more complex concerns, a regular appointment may be recommended.
