I am a passionate health and wellness professional, entrepreneur, and Registered Kinesiologist with over 15 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and healthcare management. My career has been driven by a commitment to helping others improve their quality of life through movement, education, and evidence-based care.
Having been active in sports throughout my life, I developed an early appreciation for the importance of health, fitness, and physical performance. This passion led me to complete my Human Kinetics Diploma at Capilano University in 2015, earn my Personal Training Certification in 2016, and graduate with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2018. In 2023, I further expanded my expertise by obtaining my Esthetician License, allowing me to integrate wellness and aesthetics into a more comprehensive approach to client care.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to understanding the connection between movement, rehabilitation, fitness, and overall well-being. As a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer, I utilize evidence-based principles of biomechanics, exercise science, and functional movement to help clients improve strength, mobility, performance, and injury prevention. My philosophy is centered around treating the body as a whole, recognizing that physical health, mental well-being, and confidence are all interconnected.
In 2020, I was introduced to the Lagree Method, and it quickly became one of my favorite forms of exercise. I was inspired by its unique combination of strength, endurance, core stability, flexibility, and low-impact training, delivering incredible results while being gentle on the joints. My passion for the method motivated me to become a certified Lagree Instructor in 2024, allowing me to share this transformative workout with others.
I am committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding my knowledge to provide the highest standard of care. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing clients transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as they gain confidence, overcome challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
