Felimon is a triple-certified coach holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and a Masters in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Toronto — and a current top 10 ranked 400m sprinter in Canada.
He trains general fitness clients and competitive athletes alike, combining strength programming with performance nutrition to deliver results that are fast, measurable, and built to last. Felimon’s philosophy is centered around evidence-based plans tailored to each individual.
