Florence is a passionate and mindful massage therapist who provides a safe welcoming place for clients to receive massage therapy for rehabilitation, relaxation and preventative care. Her goal is to help you attain the best quality of life by being part of your self-care plan.
During her Taekwondo training, she encountered various injuries and approaches to treatment. Her prior career in the financial world exposed her to the risks of chronic stress and prolonged sitting. Her life experiences led to her passion for understanding movement and rehabilitation, and a career in massage therapy.
She graduated with honours from the Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College. Florence is a registered massage therapist and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
She has worked with a diverse clientele including older adults, pre/post-natal mothers, infants, and varsity athletes.
Outside of the clinical setting, Florence is a part-time faculty in the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College; and a yoga and meditation teacher. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and gardening.
