**Please be advised that WSBC claims (new or ongoing) are not currently being accepted by Forrest.**
**Forrest** is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He brings a calm, attentive approach to treatment, combining evidence-informed care with steady, intentional pressure tailored to each person’s needs. Forrest works with injuries, ongoing tension, and everyday aches, with a focus on supporting comfort, mobility, and overall well-being. His treatments are thoughtful, individualized, and designed to meet people where they’re at in their health and recovery.
A 60-minute RMT appointment generally includes about 50 minutes of hands-on treatment, with the remaining time used for a brief assessment, reassessment if needed, and home care recommendations. 30- and 45-minute treatments follow a similar structure, with hands-on time adjusted accordingly. This approach follows the general practice guidelines set by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia.

As an alternative to a standard massage therapy visit, intern massage is recommended for patients that: • have no extended health coverage. • have run out of annual benefits. • would like a little more care between visits with your usual RMT. Note: Student/Intern Massage is not eligible for redemption from extended medical plans or direct billing. If you would like coverage, book with a Registered Massage Therapist.
