Frances completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2025, after earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto. Throughout her training, she gained experience in both hospital settings and private clinics, working with patients across a wide range of conditions and stages of rehabilitation.
With a long-standing passion for understanding how the human body moves, Frances brings a holistic and patient-centred approach to care. Her treatment framework includes thorough assessments, individualized exercise prescription, and manual therapy when appropriate. She strongly believes in collaborative care, working together with each patient to build a plan that supports their goals and fits their lifestyle. Frances is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they love, whether that means recovering after surgery, regaining independence, returning to work, or optimizing sports performance.
Outside the clinic, Frances enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new sports, and following her favourite NBA and NFL teams. She is excited to begin her practice and serve the Maple Ridge community.
