Fumiko is a STOTT® Certified Pilates Instructor since 2015. Originally from Japan, her passion for movement began with sports like track and field. After moving to Canada and exploring Yoga and Zumba, she discovered Pilates and its incredible health benefits. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and improve their well-being through therapeutic Pilates.
