Gabby completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin, Ireland. She previously graduated from Camosun College’s Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy program in 2019 and is certified as both an Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist. Her clinical practice is deeply rooted in evidence-based care and shared decision-making, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans. She has a special interest in women’s health and is pursuing a certification in pelvic health physiotherapy. Additionally, she is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, supporting clients through the unique physical demands of these stages. Gabby also places strong emphasis on the role of exercise and active recovery in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. She integrates movement and therapeutic exercise into every stage of care, whether it’s restoring joint mobility, improving neuromuscular control, or building resilience for return to sport or daily activity. She believes in empowering clients through education and movement, promoting body awareness and long-term self-management strategies. With a personal athletic background in soccer, cheerleading, and dance, she brings a comprehensive understanding of sports and movement to her work. Outside the clinic, Gabby enjoys playing soccer and strength training, which further fuels her passion for functional and holistic rehabilitation.
