Learn to touch with confidence, compassion and comfort. This class requires that you sign up in pairs so bring along a friend, partner or family member. We will be learning techniques on a yoga mat, fully clothed. However there will be time to try using oil or lotion. Please book individually for this course and wear comfy clothes for the class.

Increasing our comfort with receptivity directly impacts our ability to give from our overflow. In this class, we will practice relaxing the body deeply and experiencing the breath mindfully. Drawing on the principles and practices of restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga Nidra and visualization we will bring our systems into the rest and digest setting, a place to decompress and regenerate.
