Gabby is a registered massage therapist who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their physical rehabilitation goals. She graduated from the Langara RMT program in 2024. Her hobbies include dancing for a professional sports team and instructing group boxing classes. Through her 19 years of dance experience she has gained the passion for human anatomy, injury prevention, helping those along their health care journey and overall maintenance of well-being.

+ tax | Clinical Pilates involves the use of Pilates exercises, but specifically adapted and prescribed for the rehabilitation of injuries and physical problems. This means that your therapist will design your exercise program based on the assessment of your injuries and pain, and they will likely also incorporate other massage therapy treatments along with Pilates exercises.
