Gabriella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Guelph.
Gabriella’s therapeutic approach is rooted in authentic human connection. She is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and safe space where clients can bring their full selves and know that no conversation is off the table. She understands that life doesn't pause when you're struggling, but that you don’t have to struggle alone. This is your space to show up as you are, explore what matters most to you, and work toward building a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who you are.
Gabriella incorporates various aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy to develop therapeutic treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and strengths. She takes the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship and gain a deeper understanding of her clients’ thoughts, emotions, and experiences before introducing strategies that support personal growth and help them achieve their goals.
Gabriella supports individuals navigating anxiety, relationship and attachment concerns, depression, emotion regulation, low self-esteem, confidence and body image, life transitions, and other concerns that may arise throughout life.
