Based on your assessment, your acupuncturist will develop a personalized treatment plan and begin your first acupuncture treatment during this visit. The goal is to start addressing your symptoms right away while creating a clear path forward for your care. This appointment is ideal for new patients or those with a new concern.

Follow-up acupuncture treatments are focused on continuing your personalized care plan and supporting your progress. Each session may include a brief check-in, reassessment of your symptoms, and acupuncture treatment tailored to your current needs. These treatments aim to reduce pain, improve function, and support your body’s natural healing and recovery processes over time. Your acupuncturist may also provide guidance on lifestyle, movement, or recovery strategies to enhance your results.
