I have been a Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST) practitioner since 2015. Backed by over a decade of experience---more than any other practitioner in the area---I deliver the skill, precision, and achieve the results that come from experience. I discovered FST for myself after I suffered through years of chronic pain and inability to move because of hip dysplasia. FST had me walking and climbing mountains again after five sessions. This surprised me as I had tried every modality to experience some reprieve from the pain, discomfort, and lack of mobility. Addressing the fascia literally changed my life, so I became a fascia stretch practitioner to share with others what FST has done for me. In addition, I have had three major hip surgeries, one a total replacement and the other two reconstructions, which makes me all the more dedicated to your goals, but with a compassionate and understanding lens. Fascia stretch therapy continues to help me maintain my fascia mobility, achieve and enhance my weightlifting goals, and feel great overall! I am confident you'll love it after one session.
