I was born and raised in LaSalle, Ontario. I have completed my Bachelor's and Master's in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor (2018). I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University (2021).
I am an evidence-based Physiotherapist who uses a patient-centered approach to care. I incorporate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning to perform in-depth functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

As part of the GPAR team, I am certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and K-motion swing analysis technology to provide objective biofeedback analysis. My goal is to establish an efficient golf swing for each individual based on their functional limitations and provide individualized treatment plans to improve quality of life and biomechanics for all physical activities.

Pick this if this is your first time with us and you want to improve your game! An inital visit typically takes between 2-3 hours and is sometimes broken up into multiple visits. An Initial GPAR Assessment with your chiropractor includes: a 60 minute full body assessment with a combination of a detailed history, TPI, K-Vest, biomechanical and orthopaedic evaluation. You will be provided with a diagnosis, education, personalized treatment and exercise prescription. Treatment includes but isn't limited to adjustments/ mobilization, ART, cupping, acupuncture/ dry needling and a personalized golf specific workout program. Additionally you will receive a 15-20 technique tune up alongside one of our PGA Golf Professionals.
THIS IS YOUR FOLLOW UP GPAR SWING ANALYSIS ASSESSMENT VISIT A Follow up Assessment with your chiropractor includes: a 60 minute session including TPI golf corrective exercises and K-Motion golf swing analysis, and treatment. Treatment includes but isn't limited to adjustments/ mobilization, ART, cupping, acupuncture/ dry needling and a personalized golf specific workout program. Additionally you will receive a 15-20 technique tune up alongside one of our PGA Golf Professionals.

With a subsequent visit, you will receive 30 minutes of reassessment utilizing our TPI, K-Vest, biomechanical and orthopedic evaluation. Your Physiotherapy Resident will monitor your progress thus far and provide you with an updated exercise regime, treatment, and education! We will utilize the last 15 minutes with our golf professional or fitness professional depending on your goals.

We provide virtual appointments for both new and returning patients using our secure and encrypted platform. We can address any and all questions the same way we can in-person, including providing you with a diagnosis, prescribing exercise plans, and advising you on self-management strategies.
