As an avid long-distance runner and budding triathlete, Gerardo has always been interested in finding ways to combat muscle pain and injuries. This quest for self-knowledge and rehabilitation inspired him to complete the Massage Therapy Program at Sutherland-Chan School in 2015. He is passionate about working with clients to find tailored solutions that help improve their health.
In addition to techniques and modalities like Myofascial Release, Cupping, Kinesiology Taping, Swedish Massage and a wide variety of pressure applications, Gerardo is a firm believer of movement as a self care tool to improve overall well being.
Gerardo’s sport accomplishments include running the Boston Marathon and completing a half Ironman triathlon. Gerardo is always looking for new challenges too, such as beating run times and taking up triathlons! When not treating people or running marathons, you can find him spending time outdoors with his family and cherished cockapoo, Teddy.
