Ginny is a compassionate and intuitive massage therapist who has been supporting clients on their wellness journeys since graduating from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2017. She brings a diverse background to her practice, including experience in the petrochemical industry, a Chemical Technology diploma from SAIT, and academic studies in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. This blend of scientific understanding and body-based knowledge informs her thoughtful, evidence-aware approach to care.
Ginny’s work focuses on enhancing body awareness, restoring ease of movement, and nurturing the body’s natural capacity to heal. Her treatments are tailored to each individual and may include deep tissue techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and therapeutic stretching. She also holds certifications in Clinical Myofascial Cupping, Kinetic, TMJ , Prenatal and Sports massage.
Most recently, Ginny has deepened her practice through Craniosacral Therapy and Acupressure training. These holistic modalities allow her to work gently with the nervous system, release deep tension patterns, and support overall balance and well-being. Her approach is steady, grounded, and client-centered, holding space for each person to feel supported, comfortable, and cared for.
