Gisele Kreigne, RMT
AjouterGisele is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
Originally trained as a physiotherapist in Brazil, Gisele has been working in the field of rehabilitation and movement since 2005. She has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, postural imbalances, and mobility limitations. Gisele is also a certified Pilates instructor and has taught both mat and reformer Pilates, with a focus on rehabilitation, posture, and movement education.

Gisele uses a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic massage. Her treatments are individualized to meet each client’s needs, whether their goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from an injury, or simply relax and support their overall well-being.
With her background in physiotherapy and Pilates, Gisele takes a comprehensive approach to treatment. She believes that education is an important part of the healing process and enjoys helping clients better understand their bodies, posture, movement patterns, and body mechanics. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans that support recovery and help prevent future injuries.
Gisele is passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. Her goal is to help clients improve their quality of life and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Gisele enjoys spending time with her family, running, practicing Pilates, and staying active.
