Their own wordsAs a trained couple and family therapist, former family mediator, divorce coach and facilitator for Parenting After Separation, Glenys takes a balanced and practical approach to supporting clients. She assists couples and families to develop effective communication patterns and deal with conflict. This includes navigating separation and divorce to become effective co-parents in what can often be a high-conflict situation. She offers a compassionate, supportive space where people can explore what’s happening in their relationship and discover new ways to connect and move forward.
Glenys has completed play therapy training to help children understand their emotions and navigate family changes. She is pursuing international certification in sandtray therapy. This hands-on approach helps clients’ express emotions, process trauma, and discover healing when words are hard to find. Glenys will not be accepting new clients until 2026 so please email:
