Grace is a graduate with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
As a former athlete with a background in soccer, basketball, and track and field, Grace developed a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and the value of staying active and injury-free, which has shaped her approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Outside of the clinic, Grace enjoys exploring new places with her dog, going for runs, and playing board games with friends and family. Her passion for helping others combined with her love for staying active drives her to provide the best care for patients and empower them to achieve their health goals.
