Grace holds a Master of Counselling from City University and a Bachelor of Science
and Education from Simon Fraser University. She brings over 17 years of experience as
a secondary school teacher and school counsellor, working closely with children, youth,
and families. This experience led her to transition into clinical counselling to support
individuals in navigating life’s challenges with resilience and meaning.

Grace believes that an authentic, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for
growth and healing. She strives to create a safe and supportive space for adults,
children and youth, and families to explore complex emotions and find a sense of inner
peace and balance.
Her integrative, client-centred approach draws from person-centred therapy, emotion-
focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based
practices. She also incorporates play therapy when working with younger clients. Grace
specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, emotion regulation, parenting,
pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum support, academic and school-related challenges,
and self-harm.
As a mother of three, Grace brings lived empathy and a compassionate, grounded
presence to her work. Outside of her practice, she enjoys going to the gym and
spending time with her husband and children. She considers it an honour to support
clients on their healing and growth journeys.
