Gracen Nehme is a Registered Dietitian with clinical experience in providing patient-centred, evidence-based nutrition care. She holds a Master of Applied Nutrition and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph.
With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and health education, Gracen takes a personalized approach to care, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences. Her work includes developing individualized nutrition care plans, delivering clear and practical nutrition education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary health care teams to support optimal health outcomes.
Outside of work, Gracen enjoys trying new recipes and spending time outdoors with her dog. She has a passion for continuing her nutrition education, community involvement, and finding balanced, realistic ways to support health and well-being.
