Greg is a CATA-certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy from Acadia University. While at Acadia, he served as the senior student athletic therapist for several varsity teams, including men’s football and basketball, and played a key role in the university’s athletic therapy clinic. After graduating, he gained additional clinical experience as a physiotherapy assistant and kinesiologist, helping patients recover from injuries related to sports, work, daily life, and motor vehicle accidents.
Outside of work, Greg is passionate about sports and an active lifestyle. He grew up playing hockey, soccer, and various school sports and now enjoys recreational hockey, golf, weight training, and music. He also volunteers with a local hockey organization, providing athletic therapy field coverage at games.

This is for patients who have already completed an Initial Personal Training Consultation . Please use this booking if you have previously attended personal training sessions at Strada Health and Fitness.
This comprehensive assessment will be an hour-long consultation that includes pre-screening, aerobic, functional and musculoskeletal components. Based on the assessment findings and the individual’s needs, referrals will be made to specific trainers or kinesiologists. This assessment will serve as a baseline for reassessments to better track progress along the health journey.
