Gurdeep began his role as a physical therapist in Northern India in 2005. He is a well-rounded physical therapist with a diverse background in the field of rehabilitation.
Gurdeep has completed his Ph. D. as well as earning his Doctorate in Diabetes Mellitus. He has published his research in International medical journals regarding Diabetes Mellitus and Dyslipidemia. As part of his clinical research, Gurdeep explored the possible benefits of exercise in patients with Dyslipidemia & Type 2 Diabetes. On top of this Gurdeep makes it a priority to participate in community services.

Spinal Decompression is a type of motorized traction that may help relieve back pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine. That changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine, by creating negative pressure in the disc. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks so they can heal. Shockwave therapy is a treatment option which can be used for acute or chronic pain. Shock waves are high-energy audible sound waves which are introduced to painful areas of the body to reduce pain. Shockwaves accelerate the healing period and will reduce pain. By introducing these sound waves to the body, your blood is stimulated therefore increasing circulation and the metabolism is accelerated. After a few sessions, tissue is regenerated and you will heal at a quicker pace than someone who has not undergone shockwave treatment. According to modern research, shockwave therapy is very successful.
