SaveI am a Registered Massage therapist who graduated from Medix College. I aim to provide my patients with care that enables a pain free lifestyle. Through conducting an assessment, I determine the main source of the problem and create a treatment plan specifically tailored to each patient’s needs in order to achieve their goals.
I think of the body as a “whole” and aim to find the root cause of an issue to help alleviate the problem now and prevent it from recurring. This may be achieved through a variety of methodologies I work with: Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching , joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy, are to name a few. All of these modalities may be used in combination with each other to target musculoskeletal issues that contribute to many aggravating symptoms, such as headaches, postural dysfunctions, stress, reduced mobility, body tension and pain.

I also strive to educate clients on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to allow for greater independence. I love to incorporate all my education and training into each session and take time to help each client to build lasting habits so they can live pain free lives.
