Hagen Kals is a Manual Osteopath with a lifelong passion for health, movement, and the human body. His journey began as an athlete competing in volleyball, floorball, field hockey, long-distance running, cycling, and triathlon; an experience that sparked his interest in anatomy, biomechanics, and the body’s capacity to heal.
Hagen earned his degree in Physiotherapy in Germany, gaining valuable experience in rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Afterwards, he went on to complete a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from Middlesex University in London, UK, and later obtained his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare and fitness, Hagen integrates a variety of manual techniques including mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, visceral manipulation, and cranial therapy to address restrictions, restore function, and support the body’s natural healing abilities. His treatments are highly individualized, emphasizing patient education and empowering individuals to understand and take charge of their health.
Hagen believes in a collaborative, team-based approach to care, working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to uncover root causes and achieve lasting results. His ultimate goal is to guide the body toward balance, resilience, and optimal well-being
