This follow-up appointment is intended for ongoing acupuncture treatment and continued support of your treatment goals. Sessions may include review of current symptoms, response to previous treatment, and any changes in health, stress, pain, sleep, or overall functioning since your last visit. Acupuncture points are selected based on your current presentation and treatment plan, with care tailored to your individual needs. This appointment length allows time for focused treatment, clinical reassessment, and adjustment of the treatment approach as needed.
This appointment is designed for returning clients continuing acupuncture treatment with Hailey. It includes time to review your progress since the last session, assess any changes in symptoms or treatment goals, and provide individualized care based on your current needs. The longer appointment allows for a more thorough treatment, with added time to support ongoing concerns related to stress, tension, pain, sleep, or overall wellbeing.
The NADA protocol is a standardized auricular acupuncture treatment that uses 5 needles on both ears. It is used to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional, balance, sleep, and overall grounding. It can be used immediately proceeding or following a psychotherapy session in order to help the affects of psychotherapy during or after treatment.
This initial appointment includes a comprehensive review of the client’s presenting concerns, relevant health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. A clinical assessment will be completed to inform case formulation and guide an individualized treatment plan. The session also includes an initial acupuncture treatment, provided in accordance with the client’s presentation, tolerance, and clinical needs.
