###**About Haley**
After graduating from the 3000-hour Massage Therapy program from Makami College, I have found my place in Sherwood Park Sports Physiotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist. In my life, I have always looked for a way to connect with and help others. As an RMT, I get the opportunity to do so every day, which leaves me feeling accomplished and fulfilled. Through my own struggle with mental health, self-love, and balance I have become quite passionate about self-care and holistic approaches to healing.
Massage is not only very effective in helping the body heal from injuries, exercise/sports, and the demands and stresses of everyday life, but can also have a significant effect on mental health. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to lift others and help them to feel healthier, happier, and stronger.
I specialize in deep tissue massage but I love to do relaxation, sports, and pre-natal massage as well. The human body interests me greatly and I am excited to continue educating myself of its inner workings
