A 8 week small group class designed to help you prepare your pelvic floor, core, and pelvis for labour, delivery and earl post partum recovery. Full body workouts taught by Physiotherapist Haley. Education topics include exercise modifications, breath work, birthing positions, labour push prep, perineal massage, early post partum recovery (vaginal and c-section care) and more! We encourage you to book a Pelvic Health Assessment with Haley prior to the start of the workshop. ($30/session)
