Haley graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and has since been practicing massage therapy in Kamloops. Prior to massage therapy, Haley earned her Bachelors in Kinesiology from UBC graduating in 2014, while also playing rugby at the varsity level. As a former competitive varsity athlete, Haley prioritizes recovery and knows how important taking care of your body is to performing and feeling at your best. Her approach to treatment utilizes Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy and stretching guided by postural assessment and patient-centred care.
In her time away from the clinic, Haley can be found in the mountains snowboarding, hiking with her dog or checking out the local breweries and cafes with friends.
