Haley is a Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge
(2022). After several years of working in the field, she returned to school to further my education in
Athletic Therapy and graduated from Mount Royal University in the spring of 2026.
Haley's passion is helping people move better, recover from injury, and build confidence through
movement. Whether you're managing pain, recovering from an injury, or working toward your fitness
goals, Haley strives to provide personalized, evidence-based care that supports your unique needs.
You may also recognize Haley as a Coach at F45 Shawnessy, where she has been coaching since
the summer of 2023. Working with clients in both fitness and rehabilitation has strengthened her
belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools for improving health and quality of life.
Outside of work, Haley is learning to embrace hobbies after spending many years as a student! She enjoys
staying active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family. Haley is always
open to trying something new and finding new ways to stay active.
