Haley graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. With a background in Personal Training, she has always had a passion for health and wellness.
Haley strongly believes in the healing power of massage. She offers Therapeutic Relaxation style treatments which utilize the calming powers of Swedish Massage. Being results-driven, she focuses on enhancing quality of life, sense of well being, decreasing muscle pain and increasing mobility while in the treatment room.
With an extensive passion for travel and seeing new places, massage therapy has been a perfect career fit for helping others and following her traveling dreams. When she is not traveling, you can find her cooking plant-based meals, hanging out with her dog, working out, or riding her motorcycle.

Craniosacral Treatment 45 minutes
Deep tissue massage therapy consists of Swedish and non-Swedish techniques applied with moderate to deep pressure. Deep tissue can be used as a relaxation treatment for people who enjoy deep pressure but it is also used to treat specific areas of discomfort. A deep tissue treatment can have a relaxing, soothing effect or a stimulating effect depending on the focus of treatment.
To promote deep relaxation clients can have 60 minutes of massage focused solely on the hands, feet, head and scalp massage.
