Hanna began her massage therapy career in 2015 working on horses as an equine massage therapist. In 2019 she ventured into the "human" world, which lead her to the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.
Throughout her years of practice, Hanna has been fortunate enough to work with a multitude of different patients and conditions. Her passion for treatment lies within the nervous system, which she believes plays vital roles in the ways our bodies experience and form perceptions of both positive and adverse stimulus.
Integrating a variety of methods, using both manual and hot stone techniques, Hanna creates individual treatment plans with her patients which address specific concerns for the short and long term.
When she is not in the clinic, Hanna makes time for her own physical and mental health by exploring the woods with her dog, Beaudee, weight training at the gym or reading a book with cup of tea.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s nervous system to release tension, support relaxation, and promote healing. Using light touch, your therapist helps encourage the body’s natural rhythms and ease areas of restriction—especially around the head, spine, and sacrum. This deeply calming treatment aims to shift the body out of “fight or flight” and into a restorative state, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing the body to reset and repair. CST can be especially helpful for stress, chronic pain, fatigue, headaches, and nervous system dysregulation.
