Hannah Bennett
Save.Hannah's practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, primarily centered around Compassion Focused Therapy. She also integrates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the polyvagal theory, with a strong emphasis on self-compassion.
As an autism-informed professional and a member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance), Hannah applies a neurodivergent affirming approach to counselling. She aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel able to be themselves and supported on their journey to personal growth. She believes in the therapeutic power of humor and collaboratively works with clients to establish and achieve goals that promote wellness and reduce feelings of shame.
As a registered counselling therapist-c she specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and grief. Hannah provides compassionate care to individuals aged 18 and above. Hannah is currently taking new clients.

This session is a free 15 minute online or telephone appointment to give you an opportunity to ask me any counselling-related questions that may help you make an informed decision about therapy, including helping you to determine whether I am the right fit for you.
