AjouterI’m Hannah Crow, a Registered Massage Therapist who’s all about helping people feel their best—whether that’s easing muscle tension, relieving pain, or simply giving you a chance to unwind and relax.
I graduated from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, where I had the chance to learn from some incredible RMTs who pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. Now, I’m excited to finally start this journey and put my skills to work, helping others feel better and live their best lives.

Massage therapy was a natural fit for me because I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness. Growing up, I was always active—playing travel soccer and staying on the move. This led to a natural curiosity about how the body works, heals, and adapts. That curiosity eventually brought me to massage therapy, where I can blend my love for fitness with hands-on care to make a real difference in people’s lives.
One of the most rewarding parts of being an RMT is watching my clients progress. Whether it’s helping with recovery, relieving tension, or just providing a peaceful moment of relaxation, I love knowing that my work is part of their healing journey.
I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve, so I plan to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in the coming year. Long-term, my goal is to build strong relationships with my clients and be there for them through all stages of their healing process.

A comprehensive session for addressing multiple areas. Clients can expect a combination of techniques such as myofascial releases, trigger point therapy and joint mobilization, along with deeper understanding of their body's needs. Personalized home care strategies will be provided to help optimize movement, recovery and long term well-being.
**Previous Client ONLY** Treatment may be a combination of myofascial release, soft tissue release, dynamic cupping, joint mobilizations, active isolated stretching (AIS). . Education on the primary causes, and home care recommendations that are available on an interactive app.
A full body or multi-area session integrating Myofasical release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilization’s. Clients will gain valuable insight into their body’s patterns and receive customized home care guidance to restore balance and prevent future tension.
For our clients that are expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy - A supportive treatment designed to ease pregnancy- related tension, promote relaxation and improve overall comfort. Techniques are adapted to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both mother and baby, helping with aches, reduce swelling and support the body through each stage of pregnancy.
Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy is a Health Canada and FDA-approved treatment aimed at relieving discomfort and improving mobility around scar tissue. This gentle microcurrent therapy works to release adhesions, reduce pain, and increase flexibility in the surrounding tissue. Many individuals notice changes in the feel and appearance of their scar as early as the first session, with continued improvements over time. This assessment and treatment session combines manual scar mobilization techniques with Dolphin Neurostim therapy, supporting natural healing by softening and relaxing scar tissue to restore comfort and functional movement. This Treatment takes 3-5 appointments on average depending on how your unique body responds to the treatment.

Stretch Therapy sessions are done in active/flexible clothing. Sessions can be a full body stretch or we can focus on areas of pain. This treatment can be billed through Massage Therapy benefits.
