As a Type 1 diabetic for 40 years, Hannah has personal, lived experience of chronic illness including the physical side effects it can generate such as Inflammation, pain, stiffness, loss of sensation and reduced range of motion. It is with this perspective that Hannah brings compassion and empathy to her treatments. Practicing since 2017, Hannah has several specialist certifications including Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology Massage (Cancer treatment training for massage therapists). Hannah finds joy in working with people with chronic conditions through cultivating deep relaxation states which allow them to re-connect with their bodies and achieve their health goals. She also greatly values patient education and enjoys taking time to help anyone understand the different treatments she offers and how it could benefit them.

Welcome! This appointment type is an assessment and treatment. During this appointment Banks will talk with you and get to know your needs, assess the relevant areas of your body and come up with a treatment plan for you. Once the treatment plan and approach is set, Banks will use the remaining time to begin treatment and educate you on any stretching or rehabilitation homework.
