Hannah has always been fascinated about what the human body is capable of. Her passion stemmed from being involved in high level training, competing nationally in rhythmic gymnastics for almost a decade. This eventually led her into choosing a career in massage therapy, completing her certification at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She understands the frustration that injuries and pain can bring, and hopes to help you feel your best through massage. Hannah uses a variety of techniques, some of which include myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilizations, and trigger point release. Her main priority is to help you get back to what you love to do.
Hannah is looking forward to further deepening her knowledge in this career, to better serve you! When not at the clinic, Hannah enjoys going on runs, paddle boarding, yoga, painting, reading and snuggling up to her doggos with a hot cup of tea!
