Harish kumar(Harry) graduated from Massage Therapy program 2200hours in National Institute of wellness and esthetics in 2021. Since then, He has been a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association with good standing. He was pharmacist back home in India and having many years experience in healthcare industry.
He specializes in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue and prenatal and post natal massage incorporating trigger point techniques to relief neck, shoulders, back pain, stress, fatigue and headache.
He has special training in Shirodhara massage treatment which is used to Relieve Stress, Diminishes Anxiety, Enhance sleep quality and receive immense mental clarity.
His overall goal as Massage Therapist is to inspire better living, engage patients in active rehabilitation and most importantly to improve quality of life.
In free time, He is constantly looking to expand his knowledge by attending new workshops.
