Haritaa is an empathetic and personable Physical Therapist committed to delivering exceptional and individualized care. She believes in actively listening to her patients, working together to find solutions, conducting thorough assessments, communicating clearly, and ensuring consistent follow-up. Her treatment approach involves hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy.
Her clinical experience includes pelvic floor physiotherapy, IMS (dry needling), vestibular rehabilitation, as well as musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. She has gained international experience in India, Qatar, Alberta, and now in Vancouver, where she has worked closely with older adults and athletes in assessing and treating complex sports injuries and supporting their rehabilitation.
In addition to English, Haritaa is also fluent in Tamil and Hindi.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring new places, dancing, and playing the Veena, an Indian string instrument.
