Born and raised in North Delta, Harman grew up playing competitive soccer and basketball. Having dealt with his own injuries, he developed a deep appreciation for rehabilitation through both personal experience and formal education. This background has fuelled his commitment to helping others return to the activities they love.
Harman received a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Douglas College. His professional journey began in Sydney, Australia, where he gained valuable experience treating a wide range of patients, including those recovering from workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related conditions.
Harman takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, combining hands-on manual therapy with personalized, evidence-based exercise programs. His focus is on reducing pain, restoring function, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. Harman is passionate about guiding individuals of all ages and backgrounds toward better movement, improved health, and long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Harman leads an active lifestyle—whether it’s working out, biking, hiking, or playing sports. He believes that movement is medicine and encourages all his clients to stay active in ways that are meaningful and sustainable for them.
