Harneet’s compassionate approach helps her understand your unique needs so that you can achieve your goals. Harneet is client-centered and uses a multi-dimensional treatment approach, including hands on (manual) therapy, education, lifestyle modification, and both general and sport related exercise prescription.
Harneet is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her passion for rehabilitation stems from her love for powerlifting and sports, and a keen interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Harneet enjoys giving back to the community as much as possible and outside of work, you can find Harneet at the gym lifting weights, cooking, or traveling! She is also fluent in English and Punjabi.
