Harpal is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist who brings over 20 years of clinical expertise to our team. He began his career in India in 2002, working in a multi-specialty hospital and managing his own private practice for nearly a decade. For the past 5 years, he has been practicing as a fully registered physiotherapist in Canada.
Harpal is certified in Functional Dry Needling, Concussion and Vestibular Management, Graston Technique, and the McKenzie Lumbar Method. He takes a hands-on, personalized approach to care, combining soft tissue techniques, customized exercise programs, and evidence-based modalities to support each patient’s recovery.
His treatment philosophy centers on education helping patients understand how their body works as a whole system, empowering them to recover effectively and prevent future injuries.
When he's not in the clinic, Harpal enjoys playing cricket and table tennis, reading, cooking, and spending time with his family.
