Harshada graduated in 2008 from university in India. Pursued post graduation in Exercises sciences from Humber College. She started working as a PT in 2016 and since then her focus has been women's health and well being. Patient centered approach and patient specific treatment plan has been the key to her success.
Treating women's condition with Biopsychosocial framing and clinical evidence is what she considers her greatest assets. Educating her patients about their health is her main focus along with providing treatment. She loves to learn about an individual patient’s journey and work with them to achieve their personal health goals.
