Haseena Singh is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), licensed to practice in Ontario and Manitoba. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Haseena is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. She works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate trauma, strengthen coping skills, improve body image and self-esteem, and enhance their relationships.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Haseena believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to support their individual goals and strengths.
Haseena offers virtual therapy only, serving clients in Ontario, Manitoba, and unregulated provinces and territories including British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
